Damages and Returns.
If you receive your order and there is something wrong, ie there are damages or heaven forbide the wine is corked! Don’t worry we will take care of it.
You can ask for a refund or we will replace the damaged wine. This is how –
Contact us by phone or email and give us the order details and the reason for the request if by email attach a photo. We will get back to you ASAP to arrange replacement or refund as requested. Refunds will be processed to the nominated credit card or paypal that was used at time of original purchase. Or if you want you can keep STORE credit for the next time, All Good?
We have a fair returns policy and will always resolve an issue however if we think that it is being taken advantage unfairly we reserve the right to refuse.
